is children music theater’s director, teacher and public figure. She was one of the organizers of the International Festival of Children's and Youth Russian-Speaking Theaters in Washington. From September 2012 to 2016 she was the chairman of the Organizing Committee of this annual festival. http://russfestival.com Since 2017, Anastasia Vorontsova has been President of the Association of Russian-language theaters. Under her leadership, the association has held annual conferences, trainings and master classes for theater workers in America.

Gunel Mammadova

Gunel Mammadova is a theater director and educator at the Teremok Children’s Theater. She teaches acting and stage speech to children, and directs their plays and performances. Gunel graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture, and the Baku International Film School. She has participated in many international film festivals and received numerous awards and diplomas.

In 2015 she was awarded a certificate in the nomination: "Best Leading Actress" for the performance of Natalia Stepanovna, in the play "The Proposal" by A.P. Chekhov, at the Avignon Festival.

Igor Portnoi

Igor Portnoi is a famous Russian musical actor. He is a graduate of the State Academy for Theatrical Arts in Moscow, where he performed the leading roles in numerous productions, including Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar. In 1992 Igor made his new home in Canada. His North American credits include performances in The Phantom of The Opera in Vancouver and the workshop of the musical Ragtime in Toronto, appearances on CBC and BBC. He can be heard on the recording of “Songs from the Musical Ragtime” and two solo albums “Russians on Broadway” and “Let’s Get Together”. In December of 2002, Igor received a Green Card from the US Government in recognition of his extraordinary talent.

Sarah Whiteford

- Sarah Whiteford is a performer and instructor based in Gaithersburg, MD. While she has performed regionally throughout the East Coast in Musical Theater, she is currently a guest artist at Ballet Mobile-a non-for-profit ballet company that tours across the state of Maryland. She also teaches theater dance at multiple studios.
